UNBC-McMaster SHOULDER PAIN EXPRESSION ARCHIVE USER AGREEMENT
Version: 1.1.0

I agree with the following items:

1. To use the images for non-commercial research and teaching only.

2. Not to provide the database to second parties.

3. I will not upload the data or images to any online location where they can be accessed by other people. This includes, but is not limited to, crowdsourced labeling or judging platforms (for example, Amazon Mechanical Turk), public file-sharing services, code or model repositories, and any form of online redistribution.

4. To use the database in projects designed to advance understanding of the perception of pain in others, to improve pain assessment based on facial expression, or to improve clinicians' abilities to detect pain.

5. If I reproduce images in electronic or print media, to use only those from the following subjects and include notice of copyright (© Jeffrey Cohn):

   TV095, JL047, IB109, DM039, AK064

6. Digital Signature

   By checking acceptance and typing my legal name in the request form, I digitally sign and accept this agreement.
